About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Financial management and reporting
Organizes, coordinates and supervises the budgeting process and monthly / semi-annual / annual reporting for the entities under their responsibility
Oversees, together with their team, the consolidation of Income Statements (P&L) and other required information for their operational scope
Ensures analysis of balance sheet items and derives the implications for risk monitoring and P&L impacts
Verifies the accuracy and clarity of financial communication
Ensures that figures are reconciled with the group's shared-service general ledger
Acts as a true business partner: contributes to assessing client portfolio profitability and to the financial structuring of commercial offers
Contributes to the optimization of financial procedures and the strengthening of internal control
Supervises and leads a team of financial controllers

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10 years' experience in management control and/or audit, including team management
Accounting knowledge
Experience managing teams
Education: higher degree (Master's level, Bac+5 minimum)
