About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Financial management and reporting
- Organizes, coordinates and supervises the budgeting process and monthly / semi-annual / annual reporting for the entities under their responsibility
- Oversees, together with their team, the consolidation of Income Statements (P&L) and other required information for their operational scope
- Ensures analysis of balance sheet items and derives the implications for risk monitoring and P&L impacts
- Verifies the accuracy and clarity of financial communication
- Ensures that figures are reconciled with the group's shared-service general ledger
- Acts as a true business partner: contributes to assessing client portfolio profitability and to the financial structuring of commercial offers
- Contributes to the optimization of financial procedures and the strengthening of internal control
- Supervises and leads a team of financial controllers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10 years' experience in management control and/or audit, including team management
- Accounting knowledge
- Experience managing teams
- Education: higher degree (Master's level, Bac+5 minimum)
