About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on a multi-sector client portfolio: retail, banking/insurance, energy, and automotive.
Support Performance Consultants in creating and managing media campaigns end to end.
Assist Consultants with campaign performance monitoring, optimizations, reporting, and budget management.
Provide media recommendations across various formats and channels.
Collaborate with different platforms and partners.
Monitor developments and trends in the digital market.
Manage our clients’ investments on a full-performance basis, focused on online ROI KPIs (e‑commerce sites) and, where relevant, omnichannel ROI (e‑commerce + in-store).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in communications, marketing, or digital studies.
Analytical mindset.
Curious and detail-oriented.
Use your creativity to solve client challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong interest in digital media and its opportunities — prior experience in this field is highly valued.
Proficient in English (for international clients).
