About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, negotiate and review client and supplier contracts for the media division companies in France
- Ensure GDPR compliance for the media division companies in France and advise operational teams on these matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support the Secretary General in their duties
- Manage litigation files
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (equivalent to French Master 2) in Contract Law, Digital Law or Intellectual Property Law
- In-depth knowledge of personal data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Strong knowledge of digital/new technologies
- Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a similar role
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
