About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a main point of contact for clients throughout Language project lifecycle
Manage projects across all Language Services including translation, transcreation and cultural consultancy
Responsible for end-to-end Project Management and execution of Language projects
Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
Conduct post-project debriefs with clients to gather feedback
Develop cost estimates for Language projects
Manage Language projects within agreed budgets
Monitor and report on financial performance of projects
Handle billing processes and POs ensuring compliance
Manage and nurture relationships with linguists and language partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 - 4 years of experience in translation, localization, or transcreation
Strong command of Language Technology and Translation Management Systems (TMS)
Proficiency with standard project management applications (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
Familiarity with AI tools
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Flexible and agile mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong and confident client communication experience
Proven business acumen, financial / forecasting skills
Deep understanding of linguistic nuance, tone of voice, and importance of cultural adaptation
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong plus (especially German, Spanish and/or Japanese)
