About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As part of the Gaming & Esports division, acts as a core project management lead, ensuring the smooth running of campaigns from A to Z.
- Owns a client portfolio and manages projects end-to-end, from brief intake to final delivery, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Drive high-performing campaigns, ensure client satisfaction, and sustainably grow accounts.
- Manage projects from start to finish: scoping, scheduling, production, delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, social, media, events, influence, OPS…).
- Manage external vendors (publishers, partner agencies, developers…).
- Ensure deadlines, budgets, and deliverable quality are met.
- Anticipate risks and propose operational solutions.
- Ensure consistency and compliance of campaign setups throughout the project.
- Serve as the primary daily point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up and clear communication on projects.
- Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts.
- Conceive new concepts to respond to client briefs.
- Build and maintain trusting long-term client relationships.
- Present progress updates, deliverables, and campaign wrap-ups.
- Monitor client satisfaction and the quality of recommendations.
- Establish and track campaign KPIs.
- Provide reporting and performance reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years' experience in an agency, with a strong focus on project management;
- Recognized for the ability to manage projects end-to-end in coordination with multidisciplinary teams;
- Genuine gaming/esports enthusiast: follows trends, launches, collabs, Twitch/streamer/publisher news, and understands the codes of this universe;
- Comfortable with gaming environments (publishers, platforms, influencers, events, content…) and able to navigate this ecosystem easily;
- Client relationship is your playground: able to build trust, set expectations, and support stakeholders day-to-day;
- Rigorous, structured and organized: planning, monitoring, reporting… nothing gets missed;
- Able to anticipate risks, handle unforeseen issues and propose concrete solutions;
- Proactive and a strong source of proposals, always focused on continuous improvement;
- Fluent in English, for real.
