Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the quality assurance testing and analysis of digital products
Analyze requirements and test types including functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance/stress
Document defects/issues in tracking systems
Execute test plans against requirements
Collaborate with Implementation Managers on feedback and quality
Prepare customer assets and document work instructions

Quality assurance testing and analysis of digital products
Analyzing requirements, testing in multiple environments
Documenting and reporting on test results
Defines, develops, implements, and executes test plans against requirements
Performs QA testing of web and mobile platform
Interprets and provides feedback on product requirements
Provides feedback on product usability, functionality, and quality
Testing landing pages, email delivery, on site check in process
Develops robust campaign documentation
Monitor, track, and report test and coverage status and statistics
