About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support in servicing national and international clients
Assist in organizing and implementing campaigns and projects
Prepare schedules, status lists, presentations and meeting notes
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, media, PR)
Prepare briefings, feedback and project information
Assist with monitoring timelines and budgets
Gradually take on your first independent sub-projects
Independently manage client relationships
Manage projects — from briefing and execution through to billing
Develop and support 360° campaigns (online & offline)
Act as the central interface between clients, internal teams and partners
Monitor timelines, budgets and project progress
Conduct and lead presentations and client meetings
Actively contribute to strategies, concepts and creative approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education in marketing, communications, media or a related field
Some practical experience is an advantage
High willingness to learn and strong motivation
Structured and reliable working style
Excellent German and English skills
Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience (ideally in an agency)
Experience in project management and client servicing
Independent and proactive working approach
Understanding of campaigns, budgets and processes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Business-fluent German and English
