About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning and delivery of marketing, brand and communications activity
  • Planning and executing integrated marketing and growth campaigns, defining objectives, audiences, messaging and channels
  • Delivering hands-on marketing across digital channels, including content, social media, website management, CRM and events
  • Commissioning, editing and amplifying thought leadership and content, including blogs, newsletters, case studies and reports
  • Drafting external communications such as trade press releases announcing client wins, senior hires and key updates
  • Support new business activity through pitches, proposals and relevant marketing materials
  • Ensuring consistent brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards across all communications, providing guidance and templates to colleagues
  • Managing the marketing budget and external suppliers to ensure effective and efficient delivery
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing performance, including website, social, event and campaign analytics
  • Overseeing website management (CMS, content publishing, basic SEO and analytics) and digital/social activity
  • Owning CRM management to support campaigns, events, pipeline tracking and engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing/ marketing management role within a professional services, B2B environment
  • Strong track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including content, social, CRM and events
  • Experience producing and amplifying high-quality content and thought leadership
  • Confident communicator, with the ability to draft compelling external communications and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of brand management, with the ability to maintain consistency across channels and outputs
  • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, suppliers and delivering measurable results
  • Data-driven, with the ability to track performance, generate insight and optimise activity
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience of leading and developing individuals or small teams
