About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, implement, and oversee what our brands communicate to the world
- Work closely with our creative team (we love brainstorming sessions)
- Identify areas for improvement and propose more effective approaches
- Monitor hot topics and trends before they go out of fashion
- Act as the main point of contact for our clients, handling requests with empathy and clarity
- Translate metrics into actionable insights through detailed reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in marketing / digital marketing
- At least 2 years' experience in content management or social media
- Digital agency experience is a plus
- Creativity and a passion for generating new ideas
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud is valued
- Enthusiasm for testing new technologies, including AI
- Knowledge of tools for analyzing content performance
- Experience in day-to-day client interaction
- Ability to develop content communication plans
- Fluent English and excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proactive, dynamic profile and, above all, a team player
