About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support recruitment and selection processes for internship and junior profiles
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process
- Update and organize information in internal systems and recruitment platforms, ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Provide support for the operational routines of the Talent Acquisition area
- Assist with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives and projects
- Participate in initiatives to improve and organize HR processes
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials related to the team’s projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years old (anyone above this age may apply)
- Be available to be on-site twice a week at the São Paulo office
- Be enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Availability to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours per day), with a contract of up to 2 years, and attending higher education in evening classes
- Interest in recruitment, selection, and people-related topics
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile
- Interest in processes, organization, and continuous improvement
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office suite).
