About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in brainstorms, creative meetings, and cross-disciplinary exchanges with various agency teams
- Support the creation of copy for social media, scripts, captions, and creative executions
- Adapt content while respecting each brand’s tone of voice and identity
- Monitor posts and support basic performance and engagement analysis
- Support the construction of editorial calendars and content planning
- Research trends, cultural conversations, creators, memes, and formats relevant to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and X
- Contribute ideas, references, and fresh perspectives to agency projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years old (anyone above this age can apply)
- Be available to be on-site at the São Paulo agency twice a week
- Be enrolled in a degree program in Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields
- Availability to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours per day), with a contract of up to 2 years, and attending higher education in the evening
- Genuine interest in social media, digital behavior, and digital culture
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and X
- Strong written communication
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Curiosity, cultural knowledge, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas
