About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the recruitment and selection processes for internship positions and junior profiles
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process
- Update and organize information in internal systems and recruitment platforms
- Provide support for the operational routines of the Talent Acquisition team
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and candidate experience projects
- Participate in process improvement and organizational initiatives within HR
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials related to the team's projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years old
- Be available to work on-site at the São Paulo office two days per week
- Be enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Availability to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours per day), with a contract of up to 2 years, and attending university in the evening
- Interest in recruitment and selection
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
