About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate global partner initiatives, tracking delivery with internal product teams and media partners
- Analyse and report on global media investment, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
- Manage proof of delivery (POD), ensuring all deliverables meet contractual commitments
- Manage invoicing, revenue tracking, reconciliation and support the finance team in collection & payables related to partner projects
- Prepare partner briefings, presentations, and reports
- Share partner updates, best practices, and new opportunities across local teams
- Support webinars, training, and partner education programmes
- Ongoing support to biddable global and local teams: platform access, user rights and ad account creation & management
Requirements
What you’ll need- First-Class degree in marketing, media, or a related field;
- Experience in media operations, digital media, or partnerships is desirable but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret investment and performance data
- High attention to detail, particularly with financial and reporting processes
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with advertising platforms like DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, LinkedIn ads
