Key responsibilities & impact

You support the planning, coordination and management of ongoing projects
You create, update and track project plans, timelines and to-do lists
You monitor milestones, deadlines and dependencies
You prepare status updates and keep the team informed
You coordinate meetings and availability with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently studying Business/Economics or IT and have at least one year remaining in your studies
You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel (spreadsheet maintenance, basic analyses, filters and sorting)
You are interested in project management methods (traditional and/or agile) and ideally already have some theoretical knowledge
You work in a structured and reliable way and keep track of tasks and deadlines
Your structured, process-oriented approach enables you to manage multiple tasks concurrently with ease
You work carefully and accurately, especially with timelines, meeting minutes and documentation
You are fluent in German and English.
