About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Designing, building and maintaining high quality Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Translating business needs into technical specifications, semantic models and effective data visualisations
  • Developing reusable report templates, standardised layouts and visual design patterns
  • Optimising Power BI report performance, including query efficiency and data model design
  • Managing Power BI deployment pipelines across environments (Dev → Test → Prod)
  • Troubleshooting data and report issues, implementing fixes in a timely manner
  • Providing user support and training to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with Finance, Operations, HR and IT stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Advanced experience with DAX and Power Query / M
  • Experience managing Power BI deployment pipelines
  • Familiarity with data from multiple systems (e.g. timesheets, HR, finance)
  • Proven experience delivering financial and operational reporting at scale
  • High attention to detail around data quality and accuracy
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical solutions
  • Experience working in global or multi‑region organisations is desirable
