Key responsibilities & impact

Support account teams on various client projects while also building relationships with media and influencers.
Must be willing to travel to our Madison office and work in-office every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Execute media outreach to secure placements for clients, monitoring trend/industry news for account team review.
Provide research support for account teams and assist with press kits and media mailers.
Draft client ready communications for manager review and assist with collating reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (communications, liberal arts, business or marketing focus preferred)
Strong writing (AP style), editing, listening and verbal communications skills.
Resourceful and solutions focused.
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing and organizing.
Excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individually.
Effectively manages time, follows up, and is results driven.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and use/development of media databases.
