About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the future of organic discovery at Havas — bringing together SEO, AI, content, data, technology and cross-disciplinary agency thinking to help brands become visible, trusted and chosen wherever people and AI systems search.
  • Define how brands show up not only in traditional search, but also in AI-generated answers, social search environments, video platforms, third-party editorial sources and high-intent decision journeys.
  • Work cross-discipline every day with specialists across CSA, CX, analytics, data engineering, content, social, PR, ecommerce, media, strategy, UX and technology.
  • Help define, build and evolve advanced measurement frameworks, dashboards and client-owned reporting solutions.
  • Shape frameworks, products, methodologies and client-facing points of view that the agency will keep using and evolving.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A senior SEO leader with 7+ years’ experience and a strong grounding in technical SEO, content strategy, site architecture, measurement and client leadership.
  • Commercially sharp — confident identifying growth opportunities, shaping scopes, supporting pitches and linking organic discovery to business outcomes.
  • Curious about the future of search and already experimenting with AI Discovery, AI Overviews, LLM visibility, prompt testing, social search or emerging discovery behaviours.
  • A strong collaborator who enjoys working across disciplines rather than operating in a silo.
  • Comfortable leading clients, coaching teams and translating complexity into clear, practical action.
  • Someone who wants to help build the next generation of SEO — not just maintain the current one.
