About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support global operational, finance, and systems initiatives across multiple regions and teams
- Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements
- Produce clear, high‑quality documentation
- Analyse existing business processes and define optimised processes
- Act as a central point of coordination between business and delivery teams
- Support delivery teams through build, test, and implementation phases
- Maintain traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role
- Proven track record of delivering clear, structured requirements for system, process, and reporting initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working across global or multi‑country organisations
- Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in environments with incomplete information and evolving requirements
