About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain a close, trusted and aligned day-to-day relationship with clients.
- Translate client requests and challenges into clear, well-structured and inspiring briefs for the creative teams.
- Coordinate communication projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with creative, media, production and digital teams, overseeing the execution of campaigns.
- Stay informed about market trends and consumer behavior, contributing relevant insights to strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance and present results clearly, focusing on solutions and continuous improvement.
- Prepare materials and reports for meetings, keeping project tracking up to date.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
- Experience in an agency environment or in client management roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Critical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
