About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure execution and updating of processes in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, manager changes and other employee lifecycle transactions;
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity and currency of HR data on the platform, contributing to information quality and governance;
  • Work in partnership with HRBPs, Payroll/People Administration, IT and other agency areas to support HR operations and routines;
  • Identify and contribute to opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate processes related to Workday and HR operations;
  • Support the design and evolution of workflows, controls and processes with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement;
  • Participate in HR process improvement and transformation initiatives and projects, contributing analysis, recommendations and solution implementation;
  • Interface with global teams, maintaining alignment and best practices related to the tool;
  • Contribute to a more efficient, scalable and process- and data-driven HR operation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
  • Previous experience in HR operations, personnel administration or related routines;
  • Experience with Workday;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable in data management;
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and interact with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong interest in process improvement and automation;
  • English for interacting with global teams.
