About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and ensure the delivery of demanding corporate and public events, from operational design through to final delivery
Contribute to the smooth operation of the department with a focus on quality, process security, operational optimization and systematic integration of the agency’s CSR commitments
Participate in tender processes: budget construction, responsible sourcing, requests for quotes and negotiation
Manage purchases, orders, contract follow-ups and project budget control
Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (teams, contractors, suppliers, technical partners)
Anticipate operational, technical, budgetary and regulatory issues related to each production
Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal processes, safety standards and quality benchmarks
Identify risks, propose mitigation plans and secure on-site execution
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the production department’s methods and tools
Integrate sustainable event principles at every project stage (design, production, operation, dismantling)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years' experience in event production
Excellent organizational, coordination and budget management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy, rigor and responsiveness
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers and internal teams
Attention to detail, operational drive and ability to anticipate issues
Knowledge of CSR topics and their practical implications
Familiarity with the event ecosystem and technical suppliers
Fluent professional English, both written and spoken
