About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for paid social media campaigns for our clients.
You create digital media plans for paid social campaigns and work closely with the client service and Ad Operations teams.
You operate various ad managers and DSPs (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Sprinklr, etc.).
You optimize ongoing campaigns daily against defined objectives.
You create reports and prepare campaign results, analyzing those results and the user insights gained.
Together with client teams, you develop strategies to determine which platforms, formats, and objectives best align with our clients’ goals.
You also liaise with platform representatives such as Meta and TikTok and stay up to date on current trends.
As a Senior, you also develop juniors and trainees professionally and act as a mentor.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have solid professional experience in paid social media marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
You have a natural affinity for the digital world and technology.
You have a good sense for trends and current social developments.
You enjoy diving deep into topics and therefore have a detail-oriented and organized working style.
Ideally, you have an affinity for the luxury sector.
You enjoy working with MS Office applications and are particularly proficient in Excel.
You speak very good German and English.
