- A confident and clear communicator, capable of building rapport with clients and ensuring clarity within the internal team.
- Immaculate attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Bilingual: Native or business-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
