Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with Business Managers to understand and analyze their needs
Identify, source and headhunt top candidates using a quality-driven approach
Oversee and manage all stages of the recruitment process: kick-off, interviews, job offer
Participate in hiring manager training sessions
Contribute to various cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university with a specialization in HR
Proven initial experience in recruitment
Ability to identify high-potential candidates
Organized, meticulous and responsive
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Curious and proactive in your responsibilities
