About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with Business Managers to understand and analyze their needs
- Identify, source and headhunt top candidates using a quality-driven approach
- Oversee and manage all stages of the recruitment process: kick-off, interviews, job offer
- Participate in hiring manager training sessions
- Contribute to various cross-functional HR projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university with a specialization in HR
- Proven initial experience in recruitment
- Ability to identify high-potential candidates
- Organized, meticulous and responsive
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Curious and proactive in your responsibilities
