About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with Business Managers to understand and analyze their hiring needs.
- Identify, screen and proactively source top candidates using a quality-driven approach.
- Manage and oversee all stages of the recruitment process: kick-off, interviews, and job offers.
- Participate in hiring manager training sessions.
- Contribute to various cross-functional HR projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university degree with a specialization in HR.
- Proven first experience in recruitment.
- Ability to identify top talent, attract them, and help them onboard and adapt quickly.
- Recognized for strong organizational skills, rigor and responsiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
