About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with Business Managers to understand and analyze their hiring needs.
  • Identify, screen and proactively source top candidates using a quality-driven approach.
  • Manage and oversee all stages of the recruitment process: kick-off, interviews, and job offers.
  • Participate in hiring manager training sessions.
  • Contribute to various cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university degree with a specialization in HR.
  • Proven first experience in recruitment.
  • Ability to identify top talent, attract them, and help them onboard and adapt quickly.
  • Recognized for strong organizational skills, rigor and responsiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
