About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of large-scale, strategic event projects;
- Lead major projects: overall coordination, high-level decision-making, scheduling, and production;
- Coach and supervise project managers and ensure their professional development;
- Manage budgets, optimize margins, and negotiate with vendors;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients;
- Oversee creative, technical, and logistical recommendations;
- Ensure compliance with internal processes;
- Actively contribute to business development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 to 8 years of experience in an event agency;
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-vendor projects;
- Ability to manage event projects end-to-end;
- Strong skills in budget management and profitability;
- Excellent ability to structure recommendations in writing and verbally;
- Natural leadership, client-oriented, able to build trusted relationships;
- Organized, exacting, and reliable;
- Comfortable with written and spoken English.
