About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of large-scale, strategic event projects;
  • Lead major projects: overall coordination, high-level decision-making, scheduling, and production;
  • Coach and supervise project managers and ensure their professional development;
  • Manage budgets, optimize margins, and negotiate with vendors;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients;
  • Oversee creative, technical, and logistical recommendations;
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes;
  • Actively contribute to business development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in an event agency;
  • Expertise in managing complex, multi-vendor projects;
  • Ability to manage event projects end-to-end;
  • Strong skills in budget management and profitability;
  • Excellent ability to structure recommendations in writing and verbally;
  • Natural leadership, client-oriented, able to build trusted relationships;
  • Organized, exacting, and reliable;
  • Comfortable with written and spoken English.
