About the role
- Lead the Village disability committee
- Coordinate disability leads in each agency
- Organize the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH)
- Implement awareness-raising activities and training
- Coordinate and monitor DOETH (mandatory declaration on employment of disabled workers) submissions for all agencies
- Monitor and continuously improve our partnerships
- Support the organization of Women's Month (March)
- Monitor gender equality indices (F/M) and action plans for each agency
- Support the organization of the annual Havas Kids program
- Coordinate the Havas Solidaires engagement program
- Contribute to the development of new projects and partnerships
- Facilitate the LGBT+ committee
- Develop awareness-raising initiatives
Requirements
- At least one prior experience in project management, diversity & inclusion, or human resources
- Genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to unite diverse teams around projects
- Autonomous, proactive, reliable and organized
- Curious and open-minded
- Ability to adapt in a complex and changing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and professional social networks
- Operational working level of English; a strong level is a plus.
