About the role
- Lead and manage the strategy, planning, and implementation across assigned portfolio of clients.
- Oversee the financial health of client accounts, including invoicing, reconciliation, and budget management.
- Act as the technical expert and coach for direct reports.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and lead initiatives that drive business growth.
Requirements
- Significant industry experience of 5 years or more
- History managing a team typically consisting of 2-3 direct reports
- Ability to manage middle-senior external relationships
- Capability to create/clarify strategy within various ambiguous areas with no guidance
- Ability to lead or contribute to cross-division work
- Skills to manage invoicing and reconciliation of assigned client budgets
- Understanding of interpersonal dynamics for client service
- Accountability for the results of one's actions and decisions
- Skills in technical excellence and media process
