About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end projects (briefing → production → delivery).
- Create project timelines and ensure all stages comply with brand requirements and Pop's quality standards.
- Coordinate filmmakers, editors, and the creative team, including their internal touchpoints.
- Negotiate with, contract, and manage partners' billing.
- Oversee and ensure set build and teardown.
- Ensure creative consistency and final quality.
- Act as a liaison to maintain smooth communication between Pop's creative team, agencies, and clients.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Act effectively in crisis situations, responding quickly to negative feedback and proactively resolving issues.
- Manage procurement of props.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in pre-production and production of audiovisual content
- Experience in social media and digital production
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Hybrid profile (creative + operational)
- Excellent communication
- Fully familiar with social-first languages (IG, FB, and TikTok) and the interaction styles of each platform
- Platform trends curator
