About the role

  • Lead and coordinate complex global projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with global product, development, and operational teams to define deliverables and success criteria
  • Act as a key point of contact for governance, process definition, and stakeholder alignment
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies while proposing proactive solutions
  • Improve project delivery processes and support adoption KPIs for global tools
  • Facilitate communication across global and local teams, maintaining momentum and stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience delivering cross‑functional or multi‑market projects
  • Proven track record managing complex initiatives in global or matrix environments
  • Strong command of project management tools (Office 365, Jira, ClickUp, MS Project)
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong sense of ownership
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI) is a plus
  • Advanced/Professional English (C1–C2) required
