About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic revisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
  • Analyze budget execution, identify variances and propose adjustments;
  • Understand accounting principles and the relationship between key financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement);
  • Develop and monitor financial reports;
  • Prepare forecasts and conduct data analysis;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
  • Previous experience in finance;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Organized and proactive;
  • Analytical and detail-oriented profile, with a focus on results and continuous improvement;
  • Must have easy access to São Cristóvão;
