About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and process electronic timekeeping: monitor clock-ins/outs, handle adjustments, maintain the hours bank (compensatory hours), process absence justifications, and provide support to managers and employees.
  • Support timekeeping closing processes and forward relevant information to payroll.
  • Enter, verify, and track payment of invoices related to the Human Resources area, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, organizing documents, controls, and reports.
  • Support Recruitment and Selection processes (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding).
  • Assist with entering and tracking payment of invoices for the department.
  • Assist in preparing controls, reports, and HR metrics/indicators.
  • Perform other duties related to the role as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Knowledge/experience in Recruitment and Selection.
  • Experience with electronic timekeeping systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills.
  • Organized, good communication skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Easy access to São Cristóvão (able to commute to São Cristóvão).
