About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate the CRM platform (email, SMS and WhatsApp).
Build and schedule campaigns, adjusting email HTML and configuring links.
Ensure the quality of communications before they are sent.
Organize the campaign calendar and sending schedule.
Maintain demand tracking in task management tools such as Trello and Canva.
Monitor business metrics, focusing on performance reports and results review rituals.
Responsible for developing and executing engagement initiatives for store sales teams, with a focus on omnichannel (increasing digital sales).
Create and produce video content for sales force engagement and guidance.
Produce rankings, recognition campaigns and challenges.
Propose actions to increase adoption, recurrence and engagement on TACO Conecta.
Support presentations and meetings with sales staff and managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, Technology or related fields.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
Knowledge of email marketing, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
Basic knowledge of HTML for editing email marketing messages.
Experience analyzing metrics and preparing performance reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with demand management tools such as Trello and content creation tools such as Canva.
Good communication skills, organization, analytical mindset, creativity, proactivity and ease in collaborating with different departments.
Experience with omnichannel strategies, Social Selling and commercial team engagement is a plus.
