About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop products and accessories according to the brand's guidelines and market trends.
  • Conduct research on trends, materials, colors, trims, and national and international references.
  • Prepare technical drawings and complete tech packs for production.
  • Oversee the development of samples and prototypes, making adjustments when necessary.
  • Participate in defining product mix and collections.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Styling, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure project feasibility.
  • Develop raw materials, trims, and finishes.
  • Monitor development schedules and collection launch timelines.
  • Conduct supplier visits when necessary.
  • Ensure products meet the company's established quality, cost, and deadline standards.
  • Technical knowledge for equipment development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Fashion Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in product and accessories development.
  • Knowledge of production processes, materials, and finishes.
  • Experience in the fashion retail segment.
  • Knowledge of patternmaking and garment manufacturing processes.
  • Experience developing bags, belts, caps, backpacks, and other accessories.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
