About the role

  • The agent will be responsible for auditing passenger layover accommodations. They will manage the entire process, from requesting documents to receiving and verifying invoices. They will also be responsible for forwarding payment authorizations to hotels, as well as sending receipts and commission invoices when requested.
  • Review financial documents (bank statements, spreadsheets, invoices);
  • Verify and enter information into the system;
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure information is kept up to date;
  • Maintain direct contact with hotels to clarify questions, align processes, and send documents;
  • Support the resolution of financial discrepancies and communicate with internal departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education;
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Availability to work in shifts;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn about the airline sector;
  • Basic to advanced proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
