About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible the financial and contractual authority on construction projects
Ensuring alignment between budget, commitments, contract terms, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Operates as a strategic partner to Operations
Providing financial oversight, risk identification, and commercial guidance while maintaining strict adherence to contractual and audit requirements
Work directly with the operations team, finance team, and assigned clients to provide financial analysis and reporting as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or project management required
4‐8 years’ experience in a similar role, required
An MBA is a plus, or it can be applied towards the experience requirement
Previous business partnering, data center, or NetSuite experience is a plus
