About the role

  • Product ownership: You are responsible for digital features or products within the t3n ecosystem.
  • Stakeholder management: You work closely with editorial, sales, engineering, UX/UI and other stakeholders.
  • Operational implementation & management: You prioritize the backlog, coordinate releases (tech/design teams), conduct data-driven user and market analyses, and develop functional requirements/user stories.
  • Go-to-market & growth: You take new features/products to market readiness (go-to-market strategies) and continuously optimize them for growth based on usage and performance data.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in product management, ideally in a digital environment (B2C or B2B).
  • You have a strong sense for user needs, UX principles, and data-driven product development.
  • You think strategically, work in a structured way, and can communicate complex topics clearly.
  • You are a team player with a high degree of ownership, organizational talent, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and confident use of common tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
