About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio in the growing Ohio market
  • Oversee a large portfolio of properties
  • Supervise two Assistant Regional Property Manager
  • Implement policies, procedures, and practices to meet financial goals
  • Review and evaluate residential investments
  • Identify, direct and correct onsite operational deficiencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of (4) years' experience as the District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties
  • 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC required
  • Ability to recruit and supervise successful management teams
  • Proven track record for successful lease ups of new communities and/or Rehabs
  • Proven record in maintaining high occupancy and collection rates
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred
  • Must remain 'on call' for all property emergencies
  • Experience in overseeing third party management contracts preferred
  • Experience in reviewing, preparing, and presenting ownership reports and budgets preferred
