Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of (4) years' experience as the District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties
5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC required
Ability to recruit and supervise successful management teams
Proven track record for successful lease ups of new communities and/or Rehabs
Proven record in maintaining high occupancy and collection rates
Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred
Must remain 'on call' for all property emergencies
Experience in overseeing third party management contracts preferred
Experience in reviewing, preparing, and presenting ownership reports and budgets preferred
