About the role

  • Planning and conducting user research across our Hybrid Intelligence Product Loop, from diagnosis to validation
  • Distilling user insights into decision-ready inputs for Product Owners and product teams
  • Advising our clients: making assumptions visible, contextualizing findings and providing clear recommendations
  • Taking responsibility for expanding and automating our design and research pipeline using AI tools
  • Translating research results into UX concepts, flows and testable prototypes
  • Working closely with Product, Strategy and Development, from hypothesis to handover
  • Playing an active role in quality assurance: ensuring product decisions are based on evidence, not assumptions

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in UX design and user research for digital products (web, SaaS, dashboards, apps)
  • Solid experience in planning, conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking: you identify patterns in user data, structure insights and derive traceable recommendations
  • Strong customer focus and excellent advisory skills: you can communicate findings clearly and drive decisions together with stakeholders
  • Experience with common AI tools and the ability to apply them purposefully in research and design workflows, including experience with MCPs
  • Willingness to take responsibility for further developing and automating our design and research pipeline with AI
  • Confident use of Figma and common research and prototyping tools
  • Routine in collaborative work within a product team
  • Ability to structure your own work independently
  • Fluent German and English are required
  • Curiosity, a willingness to learn and a desire to grow professionally and methodologically
