About the role
- Independently handle all aspects of quality assurance — from inspections and documentation checks to non-conformance management and process monitoring
- Prepare and maintain factory inspection certificates, test reports and first article inspection reports in accordance with customer and standard requirements
- Ensure product quality through precise inspections using common measuring and testing equipment
- Support incoming goods inspections and in-process product monitoring during ongoing production
- Analyze and evaluate defects and contribute to the implementation of corrective and improvement measures
- Handle change control for component specifications through quality assurance
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our testing processes
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally as an industrial mechanic, machining/milling machinist, precision mechanic or quality specialist
- Initial experience in quality assurance is an advantage
- Confident use of measuring and testing equipment and the ability to read technical drawings
- Basic technical understanding of manufacturing processes in metalworking
- Confident use of ERP systems (MS Business Central advantageous) and MS Office
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong motivation for error prevention and process optimization, particularly in the safety-critical environment of the aerospace industry
