Key responsibilities & impact

Help build and scale the operational, commercial, and organizational systems that support our mission
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research to drive alignment and execution
Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, high-stakes problems
Represent System's values and mission externally with partners, customers, and the public
Contribute to a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
Help attract, develop, and retain the diverse, world-class team System needs to succeed

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in their functional area
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
A track record of building or improving systems, processes, or organizations
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments
A genuine passion for System's mission and the PBC model
An analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven decision making.
Bonus if you have experience in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech
Bonus if you have background working at a mission-driven, PBC, or B Corp organization
Bonus if you have exposure to complex systems thinking frameworks in a business or organizational context
Bonus if you have experience scaling a startup from early stage through growth.
