- Own the vision and roadmap for products that accelerate open science and support researchers worldwide
- Build and nurture communities of scientists to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and launch features that maximize scientific impact
- Gather feedback from the research community to continuously refine and prioritize product development
- Measure real-world impact on research efficiency, collaboration, and discovery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a mission-driven product leader passionate about advancing open science and accelerating discovery
- Experience building products that serve researchers and scientific communities
- A passion for advancing open science and enabling collaborative, transparent research tools
- A data-driven and user-focused approach to product development, iterating based on feedback and measurable impact
- Experience in community building or working within research/scientific organizations is highly desirable
- A proven ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a demonstrated team orientation with strong ability to drive projects autonomously as needed
