About the role
- Supporting our consultants in preparing proposals and carrying out projects
- Content-related and organizational preparation of partially multilingual (remote) case studies
- Research and synthesis of subject-specific topics
- Support with qualitative and/or quantitative data collection and analysis
- Assistance in developing analysis frameworks and interview guides, and in document analysis
- Support for knowledge and project management
- Support in the methodological development and delivery of workshops or trainings
Requirements
- Enrolled student in an advanced stage of a Bachelor's or Master's program
- Degree in Political Science, Social Sciences, Geography, Economics or Regional Studies, (Business) Psychology, Gender Studies, International Relations, or a thematically related field
- Initial experience in the public sector through internships (including abroad), research stays, volunteer work, or similar
- (Very) good German and English skills
- Basic qualitative and/or quantitative methods knowledge in empirical social research
- Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills — including under pressure
- Initial experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization (advantageous)
