About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and prioritize the backlog strategically, aligning deliveries with business objectives;
- Build and evolve the product roadmap, connecting tactical initiatives to the long-term strategy;
- Lead Product Discovery initiatives, validating problems, opportunities and solutions with customers;
- Write clear user stories and business requirements, ensuring alignment between business and technology;
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data and other teams to develop customer-centered products;
- Define, monitor and analyze product metrics (KPIs and OKRs), driving data-informed decisions;
- Manage stakeholders, dependencies and risks, ensuring alignment and delivery predictability;
- Identify opportunities for product evolution based on market trends, customer behavior and business outcomes. Foster a product culture based on collaboration, experimentation and customer focus.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Product Manager for digital products;
- Experience managing products focused on retention, engagement and customer value generation;
- Hands-on experience in Product Discovery, backlog prioritization and roadmap definition. Experience with product metrics, KPIs and OKRs. Knowledge of agile methodologies and product culture;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management;
- Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with loyalty programs (Loyalty);
- Knowledge of payment methods;
- Knowledge of loyalty platforms (e.g., Comarch);
- Experience with fraud prevention in digital products.
