About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and enhance front-end applications in Angular and back-end services in Java;
  • Build and maintain APIs and microservices;
  • Participate in functional and technical refinement sessions;
  • Take part in Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily, review, and retrospective);
  • Ensure application quality, performance, security, and maintainability;
  • Implement automated tests (unit and integration);
  • Perform code reviews and promote development best practices;
  • Monitor applications and support production incident analysis;
  • Contribute to defining technical and architectural standards;
  • Mentor developers and support the team’s technical growth;
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, SRE, and Architecture teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Full Stack development using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Angular (recent versions), TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3, building and maintaining enterprise applications;
  • Knowledge of developing and consuming REST APIs, system integration and working in microservices architectures;
  • Experience with SPA applications, state management and developing reusable components, ensuring performance and scalability;
  • Experience with synchronous and asynchronous communication, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar), integration patterns and API versioning;
  • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar), data modeling and basic familiarity with NoSQL databases;
  • Practice with unit and integration testing, applying Clean Code, SOLID principles and participating in code reviews;
  • Experience with Git, Docker and CI/CD pipelines, supporting development and continuous delivery processes;
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability, including log analysis, metrics, troubleshooting and incident investigation using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Elastic, Datadog or similar;
  • Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP), Kubernetes, event-driven architecture, OAuth2, JWT, Hexagonal Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) will be considered a plus.
