About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, customize and maintain Salesforce solutions with focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, APIs and integrations;
Implement Artificial Intelligence solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud and integrations with external AI models;
Create agents, actions, skills, prompts, flows and intelligent automations applicable to clients' business processes;
Develop reusable components to accelerate deliveries in Salesforce projects, ensuring quality, scalability and maintainability;
Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, events, webhooks and middleware platforms;
Participate in technical analysis of requirements, identifying impacts, dependencies, risks and the best implementation alternatives;
Develop with agentic frameworks and generative AI;
Create agentic flows focused on automating development, technical support, requirements analysis, code generation, code review and documentation;
Implement integrations between AI agents and corporate systems, ensuring traceability, security and control of executed actions;
Create and maintain reusable technical artifacts such as agent templates, structured prompts, actions, MCPs, skills and automation components;
Manage versioning and Salesforce deployment processes using CI/CD best practices, Git, pipelines, sandboxes and release strategies;
Develop and maintain unit tests, ensuring coverage, quality and safety of deliveries;
Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security, data governance and architecture standards;
Act as a technical reference for junior and mid-level developers, supporting questions, reviews and technical decisions;
Translate business needs into viable technical solutions within the Salesforce and AI ecosystems;
Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, generative AI, automation and trends in AI-driven development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields;
Proven experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers and integrations);
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce;
Experience with Generative AI and agentic AI (Einstein AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, CrewAI or similar);
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, events, webhooks and enterprise integrations;
Experience with Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX and deployment processes;
Knowledge of development best practices, testing, security and solution architecture;
Ability to define technical solutions and support developers;
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, AI Associate or AI Specialist);
Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms;
Postgraduate degree or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related areas.
