About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Allocate and post job openings on internal and external channels, ensuring alignment with the profiles requested by business areas;
  • Support the management and compliance of job postings, ensuring adherence to internal policies, deadlines, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment funnel;
  • Assist in distributing job openings among recruiters and teams, optimizing prioritization according to the urgency and criticality of each position;
  • Manage LinkedIn activities, including active candidate sourcing and posting vacancies in available slots to optimize reach and lead quality;
  • Develop employer branding initiatives, with posts on university career portals and LinkedIn/WhatsApp groups aimed at promoting opportunities;
  • Maintain up-to-date job information in applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring reliable data for reports and area metrics;
  • Support initial resume screening and the scheduling of recruitment stages when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education (Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields);
  • Previous experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection routines (internship, academic project, or professional experience);
  • Knowledge of ATS tools (Gupy or similar);
  • Active familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing best practices;
  • Experience recruiting for technology companies or consulting firms;
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion funnel, etc.);
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and corporate social media presence;
  • Intermediate English.
