About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a functional and technical specialist in Oracle Retail Fiscal Management (RFM), leading analyses and solutions for complex tax processes;
Ensure the integrity and compliance of electronic tax documents (NF-e, NFC-e, SAT, etc.);
Conduct diagnostics and propose improvements to tax flows and integrations with ERP and POS systems;
Support internal and external audits with tax information and evidence;
Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation, assessing system-wide impacts;
Document procedures, solutions, and lessons learned;
Support integrated testing and user acceptance sign-offs with key users;
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with Oracle Retail Fiscal Management (RFM);
Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, tax substitution/ST);
Strong SQL skills and experience in analyzing tax data;
Experience with SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, and other tax reporting obligations;
Experience in retail environments with high transactional volumes;
Experience in integration projects between tax systems and ERP;
Knowledge of Oracle Retail Cloud (RMS, ReSA, SIM);
Experience with fiscal messaging tools (middleware);
Oracle certifications or specializations in tax management;
Experience working with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
