Key responsibilities & impact

Define and prioritize the roadmap for AI solutions, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and model maturity.
Lead product discovery: customer interviews, journey analysis, and identification of opportunities where generative AI provides real value (and where it does not).
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear functional specifications for engineering teams.
Manage the backlog, run agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, review), and ensure incremental deliveries.
Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client C-level executives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role.
At least 1–2 years working directly with generative AI products, LLMs, or machine learning in production.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, or similar.
Strong analytical skills: defines hypotheses, measures outcomes, and iterates based on data.
