About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map, analyze and evolve the acquisition journey with an end-to-end view (top to bottom of the funnel);
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on behavioral data, metrics and user research;
  • Create flows, wireframes and prototypes focused on conversion, clarity and usability;
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing and Engineering to build performance-oriented experiences (CRO);
  • Lead and support experimentation initiatives (A/B tests) to optimize the funnel;
  • Validate solutions through usability testing and analysis of metrics (conversion, drop-off, journey time, etc.);
  • Translate insights into practical improvements that impact acquisition, engagement and revenue;
  • Support building a data-driven decision-making culture;
  • Ensure consistency of experience across digital channels (website, landing pages, academic platforms).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in UX Design for digital products (platforms, apps or systems);
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma or similar);
  • Experience with complex, cross-functional journeys;
  • Knowledge of research methods (interviews, usability testing, qualitative and quantitative analysis);
  • Experience with applications, bots and support channels;
  • Expected metrics and indicators:
  • Channel engagement and adoption;
  • Reduction in service tickets/operational contacts;
  • NPS / CSAT;
  • Student retention and continuity.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with mobile apps and transactional platforms;
  • Experience working on products with large user bases;
  • Experience in the education sector;
  • Experience with self-service journeys or digital support;
  • Knowledge of service design or digital ecosystem design;
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, UX or related fields.
